DON?T come here for diesel. There diesel fuel Is always a dollar more a gallon than anywhere else. Even the small ma and pa... stores beat this big over priced chain. Food is so so anymore really went down hill. Only a two star cause of the friendlyemployees. Update. Gerald goes out of his way to make sure people coming to this store have a great day. His cheerfulness is infectious. I enjoy... seeing him in the parking lot and having him yell hello from 100 yards away. Customer service doesn?t exist anywhere anymore,but it does at this store, because of him. Read more
There were*many* people behind the counter doing food prep, more than the usual one or two that you see in these stores. I... watched my order being prepared, and watched a guy print out two small bits of paper and lay them on the sandwiches. Then aminute later this girl behind the counter bags them, dropping the papers on her counter. She then proceeds to try and hand methe bag without mentioning the order number. Having had the experience of getting someone else's food recently, I asked herabout the order number. She didn't know. I suggested that she look at the papers that were laying there, and the numbermatched. My pastrami melt burger had barely any pastrami in it, you had to really look for it. Read more
My brother and I went here last night. We both placed separate orders. Payed for our food. It tooks over an hour to get our... food. The women that was fixing the food orders skipped our to make others that came in after us. She clamed her order screenwas blank do to her taking to long to fix orders. She never apologized for the weight or anything. Poor service for over pricedchicken stripes. I will never be back to this store. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more
The staff here are like the usual you find in a convince store of a gas station. There is a good variety of food to order at the... kitchen. The bathrooms were clean. There is also a lot of room to maneuver the truck. Gotta give them extra points so we hadaccess to make a safe left turn from the traffic light. Read more
I normally love all the food I get from here. And staff are usually very friendly. Tonight I apparently upset the staff with... my food order. Ordered 2 breakfast bowls with sautéed veggies. The vegetables are lucky if they even touched the skillet. Everything was crunchy. Thankfully the eggs were cooked. For the price I paid for convenience you?d think they?d at least try. They have made them for me before and we?re exceptional. Tonight I could tell I was an inconvenience to the staff as when hecalled my number my food was slammed down on the counter and he started slamming stuff in the kitchen area. I worked a doubletoday, I work in customer service. I would NEVER treat my customers food or orders like this. There is another rutters or asheetz I can go to after a long day at work and I definitely won?t be returning to this one again. Read more
Ordered 4 subs from here this evening. Got home we went to eat an looked an there was more lettuce then meat. . We cut sub in... half an only maybe 2 pieces of meat on hole sandwich. I live down rd 2 min from here an if there going to continue to do thisI'll go else where, like sheetz or uni mart. All them young ppl all they worried about is that money an not anybones food. Yesits convenient, some times we don't wana cook an want something from else where. I never ever had a problem with the girls/ guysat the register or has my feyonce. They all be good ppl.
