The window cashier wasn't listening to what we asked for they had to remake our order and we asked for a drink no ice she gave... us lots of ice then we handed back to have it corrected she put her finger over the top to pour the liquid into another cupinstead of just MAKING ANOTHER DRINK. Which of course we made sure that's exactly what she did. I will not be going back to thisHardies or any Hardies restaurant. For a fast food restaurant, you get what you went for. The food was pretty good. The service ok. The person didn't smile or... do anything pleasant. Even when saying, "Have a good day," her voice was flat with no emotion, and really, a, I don't reallycare attitude. I will go back at some point because I like the sausage and gravy and hash browns, but I won't make a point ofgoing there. Other places serve the same dish and are friendly. You don't have to drip kindness, but wow. We all have worked,and there were times we didn't want to be there, but that was not how you treated people. Those people who come in are how youget your checks. If they don't buy stuff, your company doesn't make money, and they have to close down. At least be nice. That is it. No more, no less.
