Food was cold, and pancakes were not completely done. Messed up our order twice, and then the waiter never brought anything that... she said she was going to bring. Asked for water, had to ask three times to actually get it. Asked for syrup, waited almost 20minutes for that to come. They really need to get their act together. Read more
I gave 4 stars for the fact that they honor Veterans with a free meal on Veteran's Day. The service was okay, as was the... atmosphere. The eggs we ordered were undercooked. The bacon was burned. It didn't even taste like bacon it was so charred. Read more

They brought my MIL her chicken dinner and the chicken was still cold and not cooked thoroughly. We thought that was going to... set the tone for dinner BUT the staff went above and beyond to correct the issue and made everything perfect. Everyone wasapologetic, the chef himself brought her another dinner, the manager adjusted the bill immensely (even adjusting the bill sothat ALL dinners were removed from the bill!!) We understand that accidents happen, and sometimes thing like this occur,everyone is human and allowed to make mistakes... we're just extremely thankful for the most amazing staff going out of theirway to make it right and look out for us.
