While they don't currently have a gluten free pizza (they said they are close to having one), the green salad was excellent and... large and the soup of the day was GF and DELICIOUS! The staff was very nice and moved food out of the kitchen quickly. Myhusband said the green chili calzone tasted great! Excellent place! Read more

What a treat in the heart of Chama, NM (in the middle of no where). The wood fired pizza was great! The crust is made with... dough from yeast that is apparently 34 years old. The brussel sprouts were a great compliment to the meat heavy pizza. Thisplace seems pretty new and it stands out in the small town of Chama. They did a great job with the layout and decor. Theoutside fire pit was neat. Read more

I found this honey of a hole spot in Chama and I have to say I was delighted!!!! Completely blew me away that this place existed... and it was at the start of the slow season in Chama. I did a pepperonis project here and ate here every night. Pizza 3 out of 4nights. The Carne?.add peppercinis(if u like them) , 2 sides of ranch (maybe the best ranch I have ever consumed!!!!!) and aside of parmesan!!!! The other meal was the steak special!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! The wine selection was extremely impressiveand the staff was knowledgeable about the wines, beer selection solid too! Service 5 stars, staff personality 5 stars, food 5stars, ambiance 5 stars! Great job by local?.putting Chama on the map!!!! If you are passing through Chama this is a muststop!!! I put it in top 10 pizzas i have had and Ive had my share of pizza!!!! I?d like to see some green chile topping optionson the menu?.thats my one critique. Read more

Ate dinner there on a Wednesday around 530. Restaurant was not super crowded but a number of tables were not cleaned so we had... to wait for a table. Had their special pizza with local sausage and mushrooms which was very good. Also had their Verde witharugula which was tasty but the crust was a bit soggy. Beers were good. A solid choice for pizza. Read more

Beautifully clean and tastefully designed local restaurant that serves some of the best food I?ve tasted. Making great pizzas... with local and fresh ingredients in a fire brick oven. I got the local beef and the meat was not frozen. Freshly butchered andserved elegantly. It was awesome. I asked for a fresh jalapeño but they provided a volcano sauce ( I believe it was habaneroand serrano or ancho Chile) which was awesome. They had a nice selection and draft beer that I didn?t taste but people aroundme liked. Visit them you will enjoy tremendously. Read more

Staff was gracious about our arriving 15 minutes before closing time, for they were the only restaurant in town still open when... we arrived. Even though they were mostly sold out of food for the night, of what they still had we enjoyed their smoked ½chicken and the patatas. Portions were generous, my elderly father and I split one order and were satisfied. I really enjoyedtheir iced tea as well. I like that they grow their own garnish/herbs in house, that is not something you see in mostrestaurants. Thank you for a good meal. Read more
