We have ordered here nearly every week for 2 months and I am tired of the staff attitudes. They are never polite or helpful. The... food is mediocre Mexican. Fresh food, good pina colada, like the tacos had holders. Fish tacos were bomb! This place is truly authentic, however they... need to understand hospitality in the front of the house. I mean, we didn't like that we were not greeted. Actually I was prettyconfused walking in. There are no signs saying "seat your self" or "wait to be seated." No hostess. I had to go up to theregister to ask about a table. Which had no napkins or hot sauce? Huh. We waited 15 minutes for drink and it wasn'tbusy. Sitting down were surrounded by boxes for supply stocking. It kinda ruined the atmosphere, next to the bar. We waitedforever to get our check, again I had to seek the server. I actually had to go up front 4 times because she had us waiting solong to "check in" on us . The service needs more training on etiquette. For example, it rude to bring out someone's plate iftheir guest food isn't ready. I felt embarrassed eating for 10 minutes while my company waited. This place is off the chain and the price was easy on my wallet too. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and wife ordered chicken... tacos. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and the side condiments are so delicious. The service was great too. I beenwaiting a long time for a good Mexican restaurant and now it is here. You know the stuff is real when you got real Mexicanscooking. I can't see how people gave this place a bad review...I don't mean to be rude but they should stay their a@$ at TacoBell. Read more
