Sweet little chip stand with comfort food we thoroughly enjoyed on our road trip. We got the pierogi poutine and the Mac and... cheese bites - yum! Pleasant staff who went out of their way to decorate our bag and also give our dog a treat ???? We enjoyedthis under their covered patio area which was nice since it had been raining that day! Excellent food! We had the junior burger (huge for a junior!) with fries and a pogo with a poutine (so much cheese and not too... much gravy)! Portions are VERY generous! Everything was very good! Took very little time! Their patio setup is nice and clean!We?ll be back! Read more
Room for improvement. Great patio and seating area. Nice looking exterior for a chipstand. Unfortunately the lady was not very... friendly. Didn?t smile, no charisma. Price was higher than most places (most likely because it?s on the trans Canada highway). Asmall poutine was $10.50, cheese curds were the odd stringy version, barely any gravy, the fries were the best part. Overallvery below average poutine. I?m seeing some 5 star reviews, and there is potential (they didn?t build this beautiful store frontout of below average food). But for us, it didn?t hit the spot. Read more
This was our second visit for lunch, both times as we were traveling Highway 17. My only regret is I can?t give this 6... stars. The food is awesome, what you?d expect from a chip truck but one level higher. The staff are great and let you orderahead by phone. Plenty of outdoor seating but we noticed it fills up quickly around lunch time. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommendthis place when you?re in the area. Read more
