My name Borat. Yak Sa-mash. I come to Panini how you say restaurant. I not know, this not restaurant. In Kazakhstan pigs eat out... of restaurants better than Panini. I would not wish the food in US&A?s Panini on my worst enemy, Nursultan Tulyakbay, nobodylike Nursultan Tulyakbay. I order chips and they not nice, not having cheese of the milk of cow, no chicken. My water not coldit has more bugs in it than water of Kazakhstan when Soviet controlled. At least now Kazakhstan requires all water to have nomore than 40 percent bug. I say Panini not great success! Came in tonight after a long day and our first restaurant lost our reservation. I?m glad they did. Our server Martha was very... kind and informative about the menu. They even let us move to a regular table from a high top due to my grandmothers back. Istopped coming here a couple years ago due to the food and service going down hill. They really brought this place back withboth the food and having very strong service staff. Ps. Martha?s hair was Aweosme looking with the blue braids. It?s veryrefreshing to see staff actually being allowed to express their style like that. It makes for a better moral with any FOH crewand it shows in the quality of their service. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing server actually beingallowed to be humans at work! Read more
Arrived at the restaurant around 2:15 pm. We were seated at the table fairly quickly. The woman who seated us was kind and... polite. However, our server was rude and disrespectful. She came to the table with an attitude, responding with short commentsand throwing the napkins they give you for your drinks down on the table. After receiving our drinks, she never came back totake our food order. The floor wasn?t that busy, so it left my family and I very confused why she wasn?t taking our order. Itfelt like she was avoiding us. I watched her walk up to other tables and talk to other employees. Deciding to pay for our drinksand leaving for another restaurant, she returned to the table with our change and threw it down on the table instead of handingit to my aunt who payed. She also made the comment that she was sorry because she was the only one working the floor. However, Iwitnessed another waitress also helping other customers. Overall, I understand that everyone?s human and they have their baddays, but this particular waitress was rude as soon as we were seated. It?s very disappointing due to the fact that this was ourfirst experience at that paninis. I guarantee we will not be returning. She also never gave us her name so unfortunately I can?thelp the establishment with this problem. However she had pink hair, a nose piercing, and glasses. I hope the restaurant takesthe necessary actions to help resolve this issue. I?ve read other reviews and noticed there?s a similarity. Read more
I just left there... Seated at 7:45. Left at 8:10. The waitress came by and looked at us about 6 times and never even came to... take our drink order or say hi. So now I'm down at Cowboys..... As of a week now. The management has not reached out to meabout this. They even did nothing when I let them know at the store level also. Read more
Took 20 mins before someone even took are drink order then another 30 mins before food order was taken then almost a hr before... food arrived an the order wasnt correct an luke warm,an never could get our servers assistance when we did she was short ancared more about the table full of collage men sitting across from us. TVS WAS SO LOUD we couldnt hear each other or ourdaughter talk at our own table..We drove from Garrettsville to have lunch here an was a terrible experience. Read more
