i was there last night with my 16 yo son and my friend with ALS. i hadn't been there in 30 years and was visiting from OOT. It... was 9:02 and we were behind customers who had just been served. girl at the counter said "sorry we're closed". i explained thesituation and she said "sorry can't help you" and closed the window. you guys really need to examine whom you're hiring. thatwas a grave disappointment completely devoid of empathy. sadly the memories of this place are much better than what itrepresents today. 09/06/22 owner reached out and made every effort to make things right. he was responsive apologetic andsincere. i'd have no problem trying this place again next time im home.
