So the food's ok I got the classic shrimp burrito it had some weird crunchy stuff inside of it which I don't think should have... been there! Came back months later and ordered the Baja Chicken Salad with avocado. This time I really liked it. The flavor was super great.... Everything fresh too. Size was ok and the amount of protein was fair. Ordered a chopped salad with natural chicken protein($10.49+). If you?re looking for a low calorie salad option , I think this is the place. Won?t be returning to this location. Ordered a Classic Shrimp Burrito ($11.79) and a Cali Steak Burrito ($11.29). The steak... burrito seemed to be about half the size of the shrimp burrito and the shrimp burrito was overfilled with rice. That aside, therice is usually either hard or salty; today, it was salty. Food is good. I went for their Tuesday Specials. Sauces and salsas are good too! Chips and rice are good! Everything is good but... service is even better! The lady that helped me was very engaging, helpful,likes her job and she even upsells and suggesteditems to add to the food. Good especially if you haven't been to Rubio's for awhile.
