I usually don't like to leave reviews but I had to this time. Let me start off by saying that when I was ordering my food they... had very little to nothing to choose from. I asked for the noodles only honey walnut shrimp and asked if they were bringing outanymore beef broccoli. The guys said yes 4 minutes I said OK that's fine I'll wait. So I'm waiting for my food that took longerthen 4 min and as I received the bag I can smell a smell of burnt I open the box and yup not only was the beef broccoli I waswaiting for burnt but the noodles were too and let me tell u they were inedible never ever coming back. My experience here was terrible the food was cold I had a free item cupón manager ignored it charged me 1.50 I didn?t want to... argue , ones my family seats to eat no one liked the food because of the cold temperature on the chicken terayaki no wonderthey gave few start rating. Read more
The costumer service is terrible. I kindly asked the lady for extra chicken since they had only served me half a scoop and they... ignored me. I used to like this place but recently they've had a lot of worker turn over which has caused a difference in the quality of... their food and even the portions are smaller. I don't know what they are doing to the beef but it's nothing like the meat Icook. Their meat is spongy like they put something in it to make it swell up and appear bigger.
