When I walked in the place was dead. Took 30 min. For my bowl to come out, and several people were served before me. I ordered a... bowl and someone else's bowl that was ordered after mine got made first. My bowl was basically melted by the time it got to me.I felt like the cashier just didn't like my face or something and I do take it personally because after getting eye contact waswhen I felt like my order was seemingly left to sit there on purpose. I left with my feelings hurt. It seemed like he justpersonally liked the guy who ordered a bowl after me more and served him first. The toppings were very minimal too on mine toobut the guy who got his bowl was treated very well and order made with care. Thats not fair to treat me this way, I work twojobs and just wanted to treat myself for once and now feel like crying cuz I felt just so judged for no apparent reason. Nobodywas polite here at all and they weren't busy at all when I ordered but I felt like a bother by just coming in. Pleasemanagement, reassess the attitudes and behaviors of your store, theres something wrong for me to leave a place feeling likethis. I wasn't rude in the slightest coming in. Awful customer service. I?m not familiar with what they have, so I was asking a few question about the menu. but the person... helping me had no patience. He wasn?t really answering my questions and was frustrated when I changed my mind about myorder. Also, I bought five smoothies and they didn?t have cup holders. Went later in the evening and was surprised about the customer service-- it was great! James and the guy he was working with... were courteous and prompt and worked with a smile- which is something I sadly don't see as often. And the order was good,too! Thanks you two! Read more
