I feel so conflicted about this place. Their bowls are probably my favorite but today was disappointing. I placed an online... order and showed up at the time designated and there was one poor employee trying to do both the online orders and in storecustomers on a Sunday afternoon. Our order wasn't ready yet so we waited about 15 minutes and then she made our order wrong. Wepaid for a small and medium bowl but she made us two small bowls. I felt so bad for her that I didn't say anything since she wasstruggling to keep up with all the customers but I feel robbed. Read more

The bowls are amazing! You are greeted immediately upon entering. The staff are responsive and work quickly. They will take the... time to answer your questions on the different offerings. The bowls we got were beautifully prepared. The Cacao-conut isabsolutely goooood! We loved that there were hand sanitizers on each table. The place is bright and clean. Parking is a littlebit difficult but that?s because the location is quite popular. We will be definitely be coming back! Excited to try the otherflavors and toppings. Read more
I've coming here for a while and just paid 11 dollars for a medium acai bowl, this was the most skimpiest bowl I've ever gotten... here. She latterly cut up 3 strawberries and like 10 blueberries. Also I got a small size acai bowl in a medium bowl. I don'tmind paying 11 dollars but I feel cheated. Read more
My family and I enjoy eating Açai bowls. This is our first time here and we love it. This will be our go to place. Large... selection, fresh fruit, and Friendly service. I?d give one star but their bowls are actually very good. Customer service is garbage. I?ve had them cancel orders through... UberEats AND refuse to take pickup orders after 9 pm. Even though they?re open til 10. I understand how restaurants work, so ifit?s past 9:30, I don?t even order out of respect to the employees. Sad the employees don?t have the same respect for me. My momis ill, I ordered two bowls for she and I, as she wanted something healthy and delicious. Order comes back and gets cancelled.If this was the first time, I?d forgive (as I have), but this is ridiculous. Came here with my Uncle, Aunt and cousins before going to a car meet. Love the vibes here and the coffee and acai bowls were... delicious! Got the Spanish Latte w/ oat milk, W drink. Strongly recommend coming here, the vibe is real. Read more
