It is a not bad place. As seen in photos they make the products right there in front of you. It does not taste like ice cream i... think it has different texture than the classic ice cream. I wanted to get large one but they said you can't choose twodifferent flavor which is weird to me because why would someone want to have the whole large cream the same flavor. It seemslike they don't do it because it's more work to do two flavors and put it in one cup but for the price paid i think it should bepossible. Overall it's okay place and it's fun to see inside. Enjoyed my visit as a first timer here loved it. Immediately upon entering I was able to see the nitro shake be made. It is so... neat and different. Makes trying new things interesting ! Compared to the Irvine location of Creamistry, this location is probably the worst in service and cleanliness. The counter is... extremely filthy with spills all over the floor, serving areas, tables, chairs, bathroom and ice cream prep station. We were inthe store for 25 minutes for our three ice cream orders to be fulfilled. Some people finished when they were behind me! Wafflecones were made in advance and there were only four individual ice cream makers operated by three employees. This locationshould be closed by the Health Department! Read more
