This Chipotle is super stingy! almost every time i eat at this chipotle i gotta ask for more of everything . from rice, to beans... , to meat! it?s ridiculous . The chips are never well salted. 9/10 times my chips had absolutely no salt/lemon. For somereason, the employees here suck! no interaction or hello. One of the guys just stood there slowly putting on his gloves. I hadto speak in order for him to give any service. eventually a girl came over and realized he did not care and started takingorders instead of him. Save your time, go to another chipotle. Read more
Tried ordering online for pick-up, several times. Doesn't allow me to go through with the order. Not even 2 hours before closing... time. Went in person and they were out of sour cream and veggie fajitas. Ridiculous. Read more
This location is STINGY! It?s like if the employees are paying for my meal with their checks so they don?t wanna add too much... food you know. Second to last time I was here I had to tell the guy to add more rice to my bowl because 1/4 of the bowl wasEMPTY. Today I go in and I always get the large guac and the guy ?fills it up? and there still so much space inside. I couldstill see the white from the container. So I tell him to add more cause it?s empty and he says ?he wasn?t done?. It?s close tomy house so when I?m starving and don?t wanna cook I come here. Order got delivered by post mates . I paid $30 dollars for this. Some chips and a side of guacamole. What a waste of money. I am... very disappointed with this service. This review is long overdue. This has to be thee best Chipotle I?ve ever been to. The staff is professional and friendly. The... manager (Frida) remembers my name every time I walk in. Reading some of the other reviews about the servings being somewhatsmaller compared to other franchises may be true to an extent however, I keep coming here because of the people. Also, Iconsistently see them cooking fresh food, cutting avocados, etc. As long as people like Frida are there, this will be my ?go-to?location. Thank you!! Read more
I work around this area. I came in this afternoon and there were five to six people behind the counter, as I stood there at... least three looked at me and not one greeted me or said they would be with me in a moment. They were all too concerned aboutsomeone who didn?t show up for work today and watching what I assumed was the manager panicking about it. Very disappointed attheir service today.
