Usually comes here to after I get Angels reward for a free sandwich. The service is great, as expected, but the sandwich is... just ok. Chicken is usually not crispy enough and the waffle fries are hit or miss. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is much betterthan the regular. Absolutely pitiful experience. I would not recommend this location unless you?re absolutely on the verge of starving to death. ... The OWNER tried to charge me $2.89 for a cup of water. I explained I eat at Chic Fila all the time and have never been chargedmore than .25 for a large cup of water. He said it was policy. lol. Who?s policy ???? His ??? He wanted me to buy a bottleof water. I don?t drink from plastic and I refuse to contribute the the vast collection of plastic build up on Earth. I have been a long time customer of this location. Lately, my order has been shorted. My co-worker asked them several times to... make sure the order was complete. He was scurried out the store, being assured everything was in there. I never did anythingabout it before, but today I called. I initially spoke to an assistant manager, Victor, who was a pleasure but provided me nohelp. I then spoke to the manager "Michael". For the first time in 25+ years, I received horrible customer service from thisestablishment. He refused to provide me a refund for items we did not get. When I asked for his bosses contact information, hehung up on me. Definitely not what I expect from a self-proclaimed, Christian company. Read more
