Be careful when you order at this place. My mother in law went to order 8 burgers and 8 fries and they were hella rude to her.... Telling her we don't have any fries made order something else. She told them no you can make the fries. That's your job. Nevergoing there again. Read more
This is the worst burger king store there is no chance any location can be as poorly ran as this one! I would recommend going... elsewhere if you want safe food you can actually consume. There is a different problem daily at this location from old oil beingused to the whole inside of the store flooding with sewage also many other issues here. I would avoid this location at all costfor sure this place takes the crown for being the absolute worst & most poorly ran burger king in the United States! They haveemployees working with no AC that is unacceptable. If you eat here chances are you will get food poisoning be careful here. Iwould recommend that everyone spends their hard earned dollars elsewhere. This location also has the highest prices allowed bythe company any other food in the area will be a better and safer choice then this lousy Burger King. Read more
Nowhere on any of the windows does it have the hours of operation. I came here this morning there were two cars in the parking... lot and lights were on. Sat at drive through and nobody came to take my order. Went around to window and nobody came to window.Drove around to front saw no hours of operation so I checked on my mobile. Says open. 6am. Went back to drive through and awoman finally answered but was all flustered. She said they are open at 7am on the weekends. I said online says 6am. I placed myorder but since she was so rude I didn?t dare eat it. This is a corporate location franchise so not sure how Burger King isletting this place slide and not follow corporate rules. Coming from a former employee. They spent 5k on a new sign to be installed instead of fixing the AC. District Manager was... expecting employees to work in temps from 84-99. Even with a fever we were not allowed to go home without finding cover. Mybiggest frustration that drove me to quit was being threatened to be terminated. Knowing the temperature of the store, as wellas working in water that had feces. I really hope people reconsider eating here. Employees are not being paid their worth aswell as work environment being extremely ridiculous. Not to mention only having two employees on the clock during rushes. //July 19th update. Had an awkward visit because they had a sign on the drive-thru they said we will only hand out straws ketchup and etc and... napkins upon request. I just love their rodeo Burger Read more
2019: I stopped by in order to try the new Impossible Burger and it was amazing. Loved the taste. I was a bit disappointed... about the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was trash outside in the parking lot and inside as well. Last I visited the placewas spotless. Hopefully this can be turned around ASAP. 2018: Great customer service, knowledgeable staff. Dinning hall wasvery clean when I arrived as well as the restrooms. I personally wish there was a better selection of grilled sandwiches. Ihave to add that BK is really setting the bar high with their cleanliness and modernization. Read more
