I waited almost 40 minutes for my curbside pickup. I requested a check on my order from the employee bringing out other orders... but he didn?t speak English. I went inside and finally got someone working my order after 25 minutes and when I finally got it,it was wrong. Then the manager helping me basically accused my of lying when I still persisted that my fries were missing. When I showed her the receipt she brushed me off but at least I got my fries? On Saturday night 10/15 at around 1:30 am I went through this drive through. Part of my order was chicken nuggets. There was a... never-cooked Soggy to the point of dripping wet chicken nugget placed on top of the pack of stale chicken nuggets with blackspecks all over them. This wasn't just some old nuggets or a bad day. You could not 'accidentally' serve that chicken nugget.This was a purposeful act. It was easily the most disgusting thing I've ever been served. Not open inside at 10:45pm. Had just got off work and waiting for a ride. Needed to use the bathroom and hungry. Have no... car... When are you guys going to end these ridiculous "covid" hours? It's been officially over for months now.. am I supposedto walk through the drive thru??? Also the last two times I DID stop here when I had my car, they messed up my order. Complete and utter chaos, line of people, nobody upfront. Four people walked out. Finally got to the counter, she started to... take my order, then just walked away. Didn't say anything just walked away. Came back after 5 mins. no apology. Told her if shewas manager, she really needs to get her crew and herself together, this no way to run a business.
