The pizza was great, however the customer service from staff was very disappointing. The young lady taking my Togo order acted... as if I was annoying her. She would not look at me as I was placing an order and trying to explain to her how I wanted pizzacooked. I eventually said to cook the pizza how they normally would. When I asked the young lady what her name was, she gotconfrontational and refused to give her name. Repeatedly asking me why and what for. Then a manager stepped in, after over 5mins of me talking to the young lady. He asked what was going on and I briefly explained the situation and asked him the youngladies name, of which he wouldn't give until I got my order. Overall, a horrible take out experience. Food is great, but it can be busy and loud. The slices are huge and always good. We've also tried the hot and cold subs,... arancini, and ravioli and have yet to have anything that wasn't great! I recommend trying canoli with an espresso for dessert! Read more

The pizza, the people, and the place are perfect! Some of these other reviews are such downers and totally not the Ciro's we go... to almost every Wednesday night. I go with my mom, my nieces, and my nieces' friends and we love it--that's 3 generations ofardent Ciro's fans. The pizza crust is thin, but not too thin, slightly crisp on the outside, warm and soft with small pocketsof doughy air on the inside. The cheese is outstanding--elastic and rich--it complements the sweet, herby tomato sauce as itmops it up in each bite (the cheese that stays on the pizza and those delectable pieces that slide off and I steal from myniece's plate). Plus, the joint is so cute with its retro booths; it reminds me of the place we always hit at the beach when Iwas a kid. Plus, it's super-affordable. Plus, it's super fast: we always receive our pizza no more than 7 minutes afterordering--piping hot! Plus, the people are so nice--they brought tiramisu over to our booth with a smile so big as if it were abirthday cake. It just about was. Go here. Read more

We were looking for quality New York style pizza and we found it. The prices are fair, the portions are generous, the food is... delicious, the employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean and spacious. We will definitely return. Read more

Unfortunately, I have to say that the pizza at the Centreville location has gone downhill in the past year. We ordered a... margherita pizza last night and it just wasn?t good. We have ordered pizza from Ciros for 20 years and I?m very disappointed inthe quality of our last 3 or 4 pizzas. Not the same as it used to be and I don?t know why. The Italian sub is still great andcalzones and salads are good, but I?m hoping more attention will be paid to the pizzas! And for $23, that is adding insult toinjury! Read more

This place has good food, but today's visit was a big disappointment. I went there around noon right after opening. Ordered 2... pepperoni slices, 3 minutes later, the cashier handed me 4 slices which got my attention. I let him know I had ordered 2 and hestated that was two slices cut in half. The crust was super hard, cheese/red sauce dry and flavorless. That's when I realizedthis was not fresh and the staff was trying to get rid of the leftovers from the previous day. For a Pizzeria to serve youreheated pizza (leftover) from the day before, that is very low. It will definitely be awhile before I give this place a newchance. Read more

This should explain it all, the pizza is really good for the area. I stumbled upon this gem accidentally and we enjoyed it to... the last bite. The pizza isn?t the traditional NY pizza that we are use to but it?s a great alternative being so far from home.I?d come back in a heart beat. Crust was crunchy, the sauce had that perfect( a little light though) pool of oil on top of thecheese. Your plate won?t be soaked with oil but it?s good enough! Read more
