We've heard about the fishing hole for a while and decided to try today. We tried the meat & 3. It was average. Meat loaf was... really good. Black eye peas were undercooked but at least they weren't canned. Portions looked small but we were stuffed whenfinished. Got the bill and decided the value was not worth a repeat. Service was average too. Had to ask for everything weneeded - ice, refills, butter,... Gave them 4 stars because it appears they are trying to have a good place. Read more

Building is outdated but the food is awesome! We ordered the feast for 45.00, a side of hushppies & appetizer of corn nuggets.... It came with 2 HUGE pieces of catfish, 1 dozen extra large shrimp, 6 oysters, clam strips, 1 crab cake & 2 sides (fries). Wewere able to sub the cake & oysters so that was good. All of this fed 2 adults & 2 children with probably half leftover!Delicious! Will be back with more people!! Open currently til 10 but will be going back to normal 8 pm closing soon. Read more

My husband bought me the Chefs Seafood platter for my birthday, omg, so so good...we will be going back!

Salad bar was well stocked, fresh and clean. Food was really good and service was fast. Prices were very fair.

Amazing experience! Huge portions and great food! Our server was knowledgeable and extremely helpful despite having a full table... load. Food didnt come out as quick as we liked but it was well worth the wait. We look forward to our next visit! Read more

NEW OWNER IS FANTASTIC!! Now, this is Cherokee County's hidden gem. Chef Tyler is a fantastic cook. His dishes, sauces and sides... are all homemade and are so delicious. MUCH BETTER UNDER THE NEW OWNER!! our first experience years ago when they were by the lake was horrible. All fried AND very... greasy! NEW LOCATION AND NEW OWNER makes all the difference! They werwnoit of trout today so husband had the salmon. Very wellseasoned. Woth sweet tater fries and okra. I had the shrimp and grits (appetizer, but I added a few shrimp and it was plentyenough!!). Sauce was gravy style, I still enjoyed!!! Did not have a ny veggies or sausage in it, Nice and simple. Was prettyexpensive.. there were some people who left because of the prices. They don't have lunch menu yet. Shrimp and grits were $10(+$2 for 2 extra shrimp) and salmon was $15. I will be back! Building is old and needs a lot of updating, but I go for thefood anyway!
