I?m not sure who trains the workers on ?customer service? but they need to re-evaluate their training methods or have a talk... with the workers lol. I rarely eat McDonalds (food progressively gets worse each year,) and only get it when I have little timeto make something or get something elsewhere. Unfortunately this location is the most convenient as it?s closest to home, and Ireally try to avoid it. Only have encountered 3 workers that are respectful and one of those 3 doesn?t even work for McDonaldsanymore. Every-time you come here if it?s not an order messed up, it?s a window cashier who acts like they have no concept ofcustomer service. The workers are highly rude and if you catch them to let them know your order is wrong they look at you likeyou?re the problem lol. I understand fast food work isn?t the ?ideal job? for majority of people, and also understand everyonehas bad days, but the workers at this location are consistently rude. They messed up my order, And my coffee didn't even have the syrups I paid extra for!!!!!

Every time I?ve come through this drive thru it?s always a disaster. My fries are always reheated and hard and just plain... disgusting. My kids will be missing the main course of their happy meal. No straws for our drinks even after asking. Paid forfries twice just to get fresh ones. So tired of not getting my order correct or even tasting decent from this location. Nevercoming back. Read more
Ordered two big macs this is how they was assembled. I was very displeased I asked for a refund.There wasnt another sole there... but myself and the person with me and this is the type of sandwich served.Id been fired back in the day working for thiscompany!..Totally unacceptable specially for the prices they charge today!.. This McDonald?s never has good fries. Half the time they?re reheated or just plain disgusting. Or they fill a Lg fry half full.... If I?m paying almost $5 for a Lg fry then that?s what I expect. If I wanted a Med fry then I would?ve paid for one Read more
