Been here a couple times in the past few months. Nephew had his reception there, brother had his entire wedding there. Burger I... had from the restaurant during the rehearsal was great, not worth $16, but I would have gladly paid $8 for it. Food at thereceptions was underwhelming though. Nephew?s reception was my first experience, steaks were ok, slightly over cooked for mypersonal liking, but first time I was able to cut one with a butter knife with ease, I?ll give them that one. Chicken lookedundercooked, glanced at another persons plate, chicken was pink in the middle still, so I avoided the chicken. At my brotherswedding the salmon was bland, appeared to have seasoning on it, it was ok. Brisket was over cooked. Didn?t even try the chicken,looked as if it was left in the pans too long, breading looked wet and was falling off. Beautiful place though. Read more

This venue offers anything you want for a perfect wedding. Melissa guided us all the way from the beginning to the wedding day,... and took care of absolutely everything. Maggie was wonderful in helping to create my daughter?s vision for this day. The weddingand reception was perfect. Our guests complemented Castle Ridge as well. Great place! Great food, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very beautiful architecture and landscaping. The lake front view is... very relaxing. If you can, visit the rooftop for a breath taking experience and view. Mega room for many events and groups.Check it out you'll be glad you did. It's a one of a kind. Read more

This afternoon we had the opportunity in attending one of their soft openings for the main floor restaurant. I say main floor,... because they will be offering/opening up 2 additional restaurants, one for fine dining (2nd floor) and also the rooftoprestaurant - all within the same fabulous castle resort style venue that they have so fantastically created for our town ofCentralia. It is refreshing to be here, the service is out of this world, and you feel very well taken care of. ALL of the staffis so very accommodating and gracious with their services. The food is excellent. We had both the grilled oysters as well as thehalf-shell oysters, steaks, baked macaroni, baked potatoes, and wine. Everything was deliciously perfect. This place isdefinitely needed to be visited when in our area. You will not be disappointed. We learned a lot throughout a guided tour aboutall the luxuries they are offering. From rooftop dining, a venue for musical guests and artists, kayaking courses, futureamphitheater; to the events on their veranda and their grounds - they do/will have it all. We learned about cottages and a hotel- as well as about the sport academy that they have. This is such a great place 5+ stars. We can't wait to return! Read more
