Ordered a pizza and drinks from here today for a 2 am pick up as I work night shift got there to find out that my pizzas had... been given to someone from the hospital and although I work at the hospital and was in my scrubs I got heated because I didn'torder with who ever picked up my pizza. Being a little bit of a hot head who's favorite work rhymes with truck. I got a Lilvocal about the situation. and while I was going on a rant she remained. Celeste was Calm, collected, and well respectfultoward me while letting me vent. After listening to my concerns and voicing them back to me she continued to engage with me andmake me feel more at ease. She is truly a blessing. Paul who was working in the kitchen although I feel like me and him got morein common than we would like to admit started off a Lil rocky but we both where able to calm down and speak to each other likegentleman and come up with a solution. I generally like Casey's but the customer service at this one has been consistently lacking. Today I attempted to use the air to... pump up my tire. An employee walked past me and observed me struggling with the hose, but said nothing. I went inside to inquireabout the object lodged into the nozzle of the hose and the other employee was flippant with me, shrugged and said it wasbroken. When I asked if there might anywhere else I could get air, another shrug. Normally I'd try to be understanding but assomebody who works in customer service I felt extremely disappointed, especially as this is been the third such incident I haveexperienced of a careless customer service representative at this location. This Casey's deletes its bad reviews. And the night shift women with glasses verbally assults customers, hurls ciggarettes at... customers, and one can only assume is on drugs becuase of her inability to stand up correctly and slurred speech. This is thesecond time ive posted this but somehow it was deleted. She refused to give me the managers name and number. So if caseys wouldlike to handle there bussiness properly instead of ignoring these complaints I might actually use caseys again. Read more
The best gas station in town. The food is great, the selection is great, the staff is nice. The pizza here is to die for. They... also deliver in the evening. This store is 24 hrs and you can order anything off their menu at any time. BTW, the bathrooms arealways clean. Read more
Casey's used to be my favorite place, it was my go-to. I love their food their rewards used to be one of the best in my opinion... and I can pull in there for free air anytime I wanted to and a clean bathroom. Not one thing about that is true anymore. Thebathrooms are among some of the nastiest of all gas stations they never have window cleaning supplies they try to get every dimeout of you you can they can by making you pay for air now the deals on the rewards app are next to nothing anymore. I don't evenlook for a Casey's anymore when I'm traveling they're just like any other gas station now. Read more
