This review is long overdue... I frequent this location often and haven't always had the following experience. Kaitlin, one of... the managers in the Woodbury location adds substantial value and deserves recognition. As I'm sure many would agree, she issimply amazing. Kaitlin is so kind and humble. I am constantly impressed by her ability to build connection with customers. Sheis so friendly, addresses everyone by name and even takes the extra step to add little motivational phrases and/ or stickers tocustomers drinks and food. She puts a smile on my face several times a week! Even during the busiest of day's (trust me- it getscrazy in there), she works so unbelievably well under pressure. Filthy location, sticky surfaces, long wait, the sugar packets were handed to me wet. Worst of all, the cappuccino tasted like... water with a bit of added milk, I ended up binning most of it. COVID note: the barista had his mask around his chin, noseentirely uncovered. Read more
