WOW! 10/10 recommend! Wonderful wait staff, yummy steak, amazing atmosphere, and best of all some awesome local wine!
We were with a party of 4 to do a wine tasting. When the male host asked if we had reservations we said we were here for a wine... tasting. He commented?Oh, only a wine tasting. You will have to go to the counter?. As we stepped up to the counter a ladygave us the wine selection and explained a few that were hand written onto the card. We made our selections as she gave each ofus a glass. We slid our cards forward so she knew we were ready. We waited 10 minutes and no one tried to serve us. Wewatched as the host and server went behind the wall. When they came back out the server stood with her back to us and the hostlooked down at his reservation book. No one could make eye contact. We decided to leave since just wine tasting isn?t worththe business. We looked at both of them as we left and they didn?t even look up with concern as we were leaving. Veryunprofessional! I can't say enough about this place. The staff is fantastic, and the food is AMAZING.. Far exceeded my expectations. Worth the... drive. In my honest opinion, this place is my #1 favorite in central Nebraska (yes, including tri-cities). Give it a whirl, youwon't be disappointed. Keep up the great work staff.ALL OF YOU ROCK!!! You need to make a reservation. Food is awesome. The New York is worth paying more than for the pork chop of which we had one of... each. The salad was so delicious I would have just paid for a larger one of those for my entire meal. Read more
A group of 9 of us went to the winery last night for supper. Everything was absolutely delicious!! After personally having... issues post COVID with everything tasting and smelling rotten for the past month it is a challenge to go to any restaurant. Ourtable got 5 different wines and I finally found Foxtail was the only one I could drink, which really was hard because I normallylove several of their wines! Salmon is the only ?meat? I can eat and everything that came with it was amazing!!! As for salads,I have yet to have found any dressings I can tolerate eating?.until last night! I took a chance with the house-made blueberrybalsamic dressing and it was AMAZING!!! Our whole table was very happy with the meal and service!! We heard about Prairie Creek form some friends in Gretna, so my girlfriend and I decided to travel from Lincoln with some... friends to see for ourselves. It did not disappoint. Even though the menu is not large, it has quality choices. All threeappetizers we tried were great, and I?m sure the rest of them would have been just as good. For the main course I ordered thepot roast and wow, the gravy, the seasonings, it was perfectly cooked. The wine we had with the meal could also not have beenbetter. We sampled 5 different wines before the meal and they were all great, it was a very difficult decision to pick just one.It also turned out the owner had been serving us the samples and he was very nice and respectful of our younger group. Overall,it was a great experience. If this place was in Lincoln it would be a regular stop. That said the small town feel was quitecomfortable and relaxing. 5/5! Read more
The waitresses are fantastic! They are very polite and are so accommodating. Their service is top notch.
