well this is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that I have had to go pick up my order because they have no delivery. This should be... advertised. I understand a lot of places are hiring and suffering but if this is not on the o line ordering then someone shouldget uo and run the delivery. Staff wasnt courteous or friendly. Store looks run down. My order said 15 min wait time...I waited 20 min before going thru... the drive thru and was told to come back in 15-20 min. Has i not already paid online I would have went elsewhere. When I gotmy pizza, it was cold and the crust tasted like cardboard...and it was a stuffed crust pizza. Read more
I Purchased 2 of the 3 toppings specials with a double of order of bread sticks and single order of cheese sticks. In addition I... ordered 4 extra marinara sauces . which is a total of 7 sauces . ( 2 for the double order and one for the single order of cheesesticks ) last time i checked 3+4 equals 7 the lady only gave me 6 when I brought it to her attention she insisted she wascorrect and said their was 2 sauces in each box which there was but only totaled up to 6 . I politely tried explaining that withthe 4 additional sauces it was supposed to be 7 sauces . I showed her my receipt and she still didn't see her mistake shestormed off returned with 2 additional sauces with the outside covered in sauce pretty much thru them at me and slammed thewindow and stormed off. I have my receipt for reference as well as the online order receipt .. I was treated rudely and veryunprofessional .They did not appear to be anyone else working to ask for a manager and the lady wouldn't return to window. Read more
This is an excellent place to come if you have a few hours to kill! I average coming here once a year. I come back just to see... if they have improved. They never have yet. After sitting there for 45 min they will take your drink order. 30 min later theywill take your food order. Then if you stay long enough to get your food you definitely have more patience then me. Used to come in at least twice a week. Past two times and tonight, Came in to literally the last clean table in the very back of... the building, waited a half hour for drinks, 20 for ordering, and 30 more for food. Each time the waitress came out, badattitude and two of three crew members standing around. Almost all tables left trashy. Only one working was woman making pizzasand serving us. Due to low turn out in Central city they have gotten rid of the salad bar and drink machine.
