Fries very good and we're hot. Cheeseburger not so much. Burger was cold being lunch time 12:00 I assumed it would be hot.... The cheese wasn't even melted and with a half inch thick piece of purple Onion. Won't be stopping anymore on my way home whichis 2 hours away. Read more
We waited in line for 30 minutes and our food was cold. All it was, was the cheese fries. It was nasty and cold. Never again!

Had to wait 20 minutes to get food and customer service and manager were very rude, and didn?t want to accommodate with one... packet of ranch for my son. Yet we were encountered with and lie , that other customers were in fact in front of us. This was alie one of the customers that came in after me came to my table and asked me and my son why we hadn?t gotten our food yet?.. Absolute horrid and rude service!! I came inside with my service dog and she wouldn't serve me because my dog did not have her... vest. Even tho legally a actual service dog doesn't need a vest. I just forgot ours at home. She said she'd take my orderthrough thr drive through that was closed. I thanked her. I was nice complemented her hair, and she was just extremely rude. Andcharged me for a water for my dog... Which no one has ever charged me a water for my dog. Ever. Read more
