I would give it negative rating if I could. The take out order was totally screwed up, which of course I realized only when... getting home. Drove back later in the day to ask for a refund, and the general manager refused to give me my money back. Heyelled at me for no reason, and said he was gonna call the police if I didn?t leave. I thought he was gonna hit me, he wastotally out of control. Already placed a complaint with Wendy?s but I don?t expect any answer. Horrible place, patheticmanagement. I don't know what's going on in this Wendy's but the fries had a whole salt shaker of salt and the burgers smelled bad. When you... smell your sandwich, you know something is wrong. Half the bun was hard and the fountain drink had 5 pieces of ice and tastedflat. They didn't give me back my debit card and had to drive back 30 minute round trip to get it. Just sat and waited for over 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Then told to wait "just a quick moment" before they can take my... order. Five minutes later they come back on to take my order just to tell me they are out of basic items. Total waste of time. Read more
i went in the drive thru at about 1pm today and was the only car (besides the car that had already placed their order and was... around the corner) that didn?t leave due to long wait times. the food was served to me cold. my frosty was half filled. theydidn?t gave me the halloween frosty book i ordered (didn?t realize until i drove away). A girl gave me the order and took mycard. I guess she put it down and left because I waited a for like 3 minutes. Then a guy came to the window to confirm my order,with my card in his hand. He swiped it, walked away and yelled into the kitchen/restaurant ?DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE LADY ATTHE WINDOW IS WAITING FOR?!?. My card. That was in his hand. I boycotted this Wendy's more than a year ago because of rude staff and slow drive-thru times. One time I went inside and was... ignored by the staff. I started delivering for door-dash a few months ago and 4/5 times after 8 PM the restaurant has beenclosed when they are supposed to be open until 11-12. The other time, they had about two people working the window and it tookme 20 minutes to get the food. PLEASE FIRE THIS STAFF and hire competent people, otherwise, close this location and bring in adifferent restaurant. Read more
Place is disgusting. Workers were out back smoking and cursing. Took 30 minutes to get a happy meal that was cold. Told the... manager and she asked for the bag back just to microwave the whole thing! Won?t be back which is a sham because it was the bestWendy?s now it?s by far the worst. Read more
Orders have been either completely wrong or items missing and it took forever to get our food and staff made it clear they... either didn't know what they were doing or just didn't care. Chicken nuggets were soggy and same for fries and told theycouldn't give us fresh despite the whole "hot and crispy guarantee" they advertise. I ate a few nuggets out of just sheer hungerand ended up getting sick from them later that day. I got better food and service from the McDonald's across the street who areWAY cheaper than this place.
