I?ve had multiple absolutely horrible experiences at this Wendys, it?s the worst location I?ve ever seen in my entire life. The... inside is filthy, all the workers are extremely disrespectful and are overworked it seems. The lobby is never open, they have noregard for door dash orders whatsoever. I never been treated so disgustingly in my life. Honestly, this restaurant needs to bechecked for health code violations. 25 minutes in the drive thru. I had to remind them I ordered a drink and they forgot my bacon fries. A few days earlier, I... ordered doubles, paid for doubles, got singles. Nice and friendly staff but no focus on the customer experience. No apologiesfor the delay. Then they posted a sign while I was waiting that they were closing early due to staffing. I came to this location tonight, 10/10/22 and waited 30 minutes for my food. When I received my food I asked if it was all there... due to only being 3 bag and I ordered 4 meals. They assured me it was. I grabbed a few fries for my screaming kids in the back(waiting 30 minutes is difficult for kids) and the fries were already home. I got home to discover that a whole meal wasmissing. The food that we did have tasted very old and gross. I tried calling and spoke with Jay who hung up on me all 3 timesthat I called. I was reminded again why I almost never go to this location even though I work very near here. During my most recent visit, all... the communications from all staff members were curt and rude. The person taking my order didn't repeat my order back to meafter I ordered, increasing the likelihood of getting the order wrong. I wasn't provided with a receipt to confirm my order,adding to the likelihood of a mistake. When I attempted to inform them of the inevitable error, I was met with what appeared tobe a manager interrupting me to tell me I was wrong. I received items I didn?t order but likely paid for (I don?t know for suresince I didn?t receive a receipt). I didn?t (initially) receive items I did order, and the corporation didn?t receive paymentfor those items. This location (1) consistently takes longer than average to serve customers, (2) often gets orders wrong, (3)never provides receipts so customers can see what they?ve been charged for, and (4) is basically never an enjoyable experience.At best, they are tolerable. It?s a shame too because Wendy?s generally has good fast food, and this is a prime location for meto grab a quick lunch. Read more
We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and when we finally got our order I was checking the bag as we drove off to see we were... missing a fry and nuggets. So I went inside and told them I was missing those and the lady bagging the order said that I wasmaking it up and that it wasn?t on the screen. She was accusing me of lying. It was on my mobile order and when I told her that,a different worker checked the order and told her it was on there and that she missed it. She then handed me the bag withouteven looking at me and didn?t say sorry or anything. She was very rude and my experience here was very disappointing. Read more

My sons grilled chicken sandwich last night had something gross in it, he found out by biting into it and tasting something... awful. For some reason he decided to swallow it, his stomach started cramping a few hours after and he puked up the chicken overnight. He has been feeling sick all day barely able to eat. We won?t be eating there again.
