Olivia, in drive thru, around11:45am on Friday, 9/16/22 was not only professional but she showed kindness. Her attitude was not... the attitude I see pretty much in 90% of other places. Most places make you feel like a number and rush through each of theircustomers. What is getting lost is the human connection, which leave customers feeling like they aren't important. The majorityof this world is rushing and rushing. Why don't we all learn to slow down enough, like this Olivia in drive thru, and make EACHcustomer feel like they are their only customer. Make the eye contact. Make sure the customer has your full attention when theyare speaking, and be kind. Olivia should hit the roads ???? and go across this country teaching drive thru workers how toreflect the core important factor in business...and that is the people being served.
