Best pizza around this area, hands down! Wood fired pizza oven in the traditional clay ovens. Absolutely delicious! They also... make wonderful salads. Small menu but high quality. Only one size of pizza, can feed 1 very hungry adult or 2 moderatelyhungry. Had a child's birthday dinner here, normal sized tables and bigger/longer sized bench seats in the back. I was hungry for a meatball sandwich. At Old Scratch I had an order of meatballs and salad. It was terrific. The red sauce was a... very good taste. It reminded me a bit of Vito's spaghetti sauce. This is a great local restaurant with good food, lots of craft beers on tap, and a cool, modern dining space. The crust on the... pizza is what sets them apart from other pizza places. The Angry Beekeeper pizza is unique and definitely the one to go for.House salads are also great and come with a slice of the crust on the side. +$15 for 2 cups of iceberg. Ridiculous. Salads used to be huge and management promises that nothing has changed and... distribution issues (excuses). I make salads daily and could make this for $3. Between $40 I got 2 salads that I'll eat in 10seconds. It's sad since I love supporting local but this is highway robbery. Don't eat in unless you want screaming childrenin your ear until close.
