Rude customer service. Ordering was a nightmare considering your employee didn?t even know the menu or that you offer a 6 piece... chicken nugget happy meal had to argue about something that is very clearly on the menu. Ordered two adult happy meals got none.No one said they were out nothing. Big Mac bun was pointless considering they put both Pattie?s on the top half bottom consistedof two dry empty buns. That was a first. McDouble was so sloppy it was almost impossible to handle eating. Nuggets were cold anddry along with the soggy cold fries. Coke was flat and watered down? How. LITERALLY I hope people avoid this place like theplague if you just want a simple meal. Wasn?t even busy and it was 3 o?clock in the afternoon so I?m not sure why it was thatbig of mess up. Centerville restored my faith in Mcds! Hot,fresh and fast. Great job and people were actually nice unlike my other experiences.... Kettering sucks after not acknowledging their cold fries and playing defense. thanks for 5 star food and caring about people! Read more
Ordered just a double cheeseburger and a large ice water. Drive through line went very fast. Paid and went to 2nd window and... they asked me to pull forward. Watched like 6 cars go through the second window and get their food no problem in a 10 minutetime frame until they finally got me my food. Terrible customer service. Read more
S L O W. Walked in, no one was in line, order a cup of ice cream, waited over 5 minutes, no one ordered inside after me, walked... back over to the cashier that took my order and asked if I could have the ice cream I purchased. She looked at me. Noresponse. Young man heard me, talked to me, made the ice cream and handed it to me in a friendly professional way. He washustling, working hard and doing all the right things. Sooo, I went through the drive-through and I ordered one large fry and one large Coca-Cola. The guy at the drive-through window... gave me a cold fries. I gave the fries back and ask if he can drop me some fries fresh. He took the fries back with an attitude.And brung me another large fry and less than 30 seconds. Needless to say he did not drop the fries nor have anyone else dropthem. They we?re still cold. All I?m trying to say is if I?m only ordering fries they should at the very least be fresh. And Ishouldn?t have to deal with someone?s attitude because I?m asking for what I paid for. Mind you this was late at night I workthird shift I stopped to get fries before I went to work. Hi mcdonalds I was right on the dot for breakfast I got to box at approximately 10:28 to order, your employee told me hold on a... second, made me sit there for three minutes till 10:31 and then when we asked for breakfast she yelled at us and said It's islunch time now you will get lunch if you want food hear. Very rude then we went to the next guy who was very kind who kindlytold us there was know breakfast kudos to him but we still should of got breakfast thank you McDonald's for ruining my day Read more
Drive through volume was turned so low I couldn't hear anything. I was frustrated because I couldn't understand a word he said,... except I think he said they still only have dinner. I asked him to turn up the volume and he got rude and disrespectful. Iwas then rude and disrespectful back! This is coming from the manager himself, not an employee. I'd probably feel bad forsounding frustrated at all initially if it was an employee, because it's not their fault. But treat people with some respect ifyou're going to run a store. Read more
