I cannot believe what just happened when call about a pizza that was burnt. The General Manager informed me that he cooked the... pizza on the right temperature. He never said you can bring pizza back. He made sure to tell us he did not have time for this.We asked his name he would not give it to us. We asked for refund and he stated I do that now and hung up. We called customerservice and was told they have received several complaints from this restaurant. I know it?s hard on restaurant worker but don?ttake it out on those of us that support your paycheck. Read more

Wow, we order from here 2 times a week simply for the convenience as we don't want to drive we can walk over and pick it up. The... dough is normally flimsy and semi uncooked so we always ask for extra crispy. Tonight we get a pizza that was undercooked anddoughy. We simply called the store manager to see if they can make it crispy he told me no way if we want another Pizza we haveto pay for it this is not what we ordered this is unacceptable. I might add last week we ordered a pizza in the frigidtemperatures we walked over 20 minutes later they had no record of us ordering even after we gave them our phone number and theygave us a proximate time of when the pizza would be ready needless to say we had to walk back over 30 minutes later to pick upour pizza. I asked the manager tonight if he thought this was right with the pizza being undercooked he said yes he didn'tcare and gave me his name abd proceeded to spell it out , this will be the last time we go to Donatos on Paragon Road Seemslike the easiest thing to do would been make a pizza and make a customer happy to retain their future business Read more
We ordered a delivery online tonight and when the order arrived we were missing an item. I called to ask if they?d bring out the... missing item, the woman on the phone was understanding, and immediately fixed our problem. The delivery driver who brought outour missing item was incredible and arrived just a few minutes after calling. I am having the longest week of my life so farthis year and these humans going the extra mile to fix our order meant so much. Thank you Donatos. Read more
