Went for lunch earlier and got a taco salad with chicken... And I guess they pulled the chicken right out of a pot of water or... something because the taco salad bowl was almost half full of water after I got it all mixed up... More like a chicken soupkinda thing in a crunchy tortilla bowl.. definitely wasn't a good experience. I give it 2 stars because the service was decent.It was actually kind of annoying how many times we were asked "can I do anything else for you guys", but at least the servicewas there and never had an issue of needing anything. Well, besides a good taco salad that is. It's sad because when we pulledup I said this place was going to be the bomb because of the hole in the wall look of the building. I'm sure they have someother foods that are good, but no bueno on my taco salad. Luckily it was cheap. Read more
Best Mexican restaurant in Dayton! I have never had a bad meal here. Food is authentic and delicious! I had the burrito MEXICANO... for lunch today and it did not disappoint. The burrito came out with the Mexican flag colors as toppings on it. Read more

Small location but our booth which was way at the back, didn't feel claustrophobic at all. Love the colorful tables. The food... took a bit longer than I usually wait at Mexican restaurants but the fresh chips and salsa made it bearable. I had the veggiecombo; 2 cheese enchiladas with California veggies, rice and beans. My friend had the enchiladas chiapanecas and a tamale a lacarte. Definitely worth checking out. Read more

I had never been there before, but was warned that everything was spicy. This proved to be accurate. I'm highly sensitive to... spicy foods and it wasn't VERY hot, but there was some heat to my dish (chicken and mushrooms). It was good, just more spicythan I like. The tables each have a painting on them, and the decor is beautiful. The bathrooms are really small, butsurprisingly nice. All-in-all, I would recommend this to other people as a decent place to try, just be mindful of the heatlevel. Read more
