Customer service skills here are TERRIBLE. They are very rude (all of them, not just one) I spent $13 on a beef and cheddar... meal- (which was old and nasty), and when I asked for extra Arby's sauce, I got tude for that too! I wont be back to thislocation again. Read more

Ashley gave absolutely outstanding customer service today! She got our order accurate and quickly! She was very kind with nice... small talk. It's nice to have good customer service and sometimes in the fast-food industry it's hard to find. I came to this arbys tonight to pick up dinner. I ordered two french dip meals and went upon my night driving across town to... bring food to my girlfriend. By the time I arrived to my destination I opened the boxes and this is what I was presented with.Not only was the food upside down but we didn't receive the dip that comes with it, the sweet tea had gone bad, and despite themclaiming they made fresh fries they definitely were not. I've worked in fast food so usually i don't fuss about mistakes butthis was just poor care. By the time I would have arrived back at this location they would have been closed so I had it replacedat another location but I definitely not be returning to this one for dinner. Read more
While at the drive thru window the employee was disrespectful. I didn?t grab my card fast enough after setting my drink down and... she rolled her eyes and sighed. I apologized and she looked at me and didn?t say a word. Then after getting my food I wasattempting to tell her that I hoped her day gets better and she shut the window in my face as she?s looking at me.
