Pollo Rico is a restaurant that you have to eat at! Pretty place to eat, super friendly service and the food is fantastic! It's... so fresh and flavorful, tastes like good home cooked meals. I had the talapia with rice and veggies, delish!! And the drinks areyummy too! They are currently doing outdoor seating due to the virus. Reasonably priced and huge portions for the money. This Latin restaurant is very good. The ambiance is very homey. The bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They... do parties and they also separate an area in the room for your guest to feel special and intimate. The seats could use some morecushion. The food is always amazing, as you can see. The sauces where very well made and unique in taste. I have no complaintsabout the food or restaurant. My only concern is when you get service you expect to feel like the only people in the restaurant.I used to be a server at a fridays and I made sure my patrons always felt like they had everything they wanted and needed totheir expectation as best to my ability as possible. On this day I didn't really feel like that. It took my waiter way to longto come to my table to serve me. I'm not an expert but my opinion is they need to pay just a little more attention to thecustomers no matter the day, how many or the attitude they come with. I'm the quiet type I dont say nothing unless need be.Overall I rate this place the way i did because i feel like it deserves to be graded as a hole and not held accountable for onepersons failure to produce good service. That's just a training course away from perfect. Great place to enjoy a Latin homecooked meal and taste different cuisines and there wonderful flavorful dishes. Great at plating as well. The food is actually disgusting! We ordered arepa cakes and chorizo and a shrimp quesadilla , both quite disappointing, arepa... cakes looked like little hockey pucks and a side of sausage not charizo witch should be a lot spicier, never mind the poorexcuse for a dinner.
