This is my grandchildren goto. For happy meals or breakfast. I love the pancakes. Not a fan of mcds but this one and one other... do go above board. Service good. Food hot and fresh. My lack of fan hood is based on my dislike of most fast food nothingpersonal. Bring back the salad shakers and we'll talk again!! Lol Read more

I did a mobile order and pickup was curbside. I entered my curbside number and was told ur order on the way. After 25 minutes ... and a guy pulled in next to me got his food in 3 minutes. I called the store to what happen to my order. They told me I had togo thru the drive thru cause my order was not there. I repeated what I did and was told I was told to go online. I because a bitcrazy because it is hard for me to walk and I find it more difficult to carry stuff and that is why I do curbside or windowafter me ranting he claims he found the order and he will bring it out. Well he sent the food out minus a chocolate frappe whichis on my receipt. The food was ice cold if he said he had to redo I would und stood. When I asked he send it was in the bag. Itwas not. I went here earlier and ordered a large fried (made to order). They handed me my order but the fries were luck warm and not good... at all. I gave them back & asked that they be made to order (I don't mind waiting). I was instructed to pull up to the firstwindow. I did as I was told. I guess requesting your food fresh is a problem. They refried the same fies, burned them and gaveit to me. Never again. Read more
Just look at the picture. Do you see a problem there? Ordered without pickles. They even stuck it with a piece of paper. And... they added pickles anyway. This is the level of incompetence. I chose dine-in. The kiosk asked me to put a table number and wait. After 10 minutes nothing came. So I asked and they were... confused about my order. Finally there was an order (to go, not dine-in) sitting there no one wanted and the items were similaras what I ordered, but not exactly the same. They just gave it to me and told me even with a table number I need to go to thefront and ask for it. Read more
