Sometimes the chicken sandwich is very good, other times not so much. But when it's good it's good!!!
Really like their extra crispy options. Too oily but once in a while wasn't too bad. Employees were not friendly, I asked them... to clarify an option instead they just brushed me off. Couldn't make a spicy Mac and cheese bowl, only original Mac and cheese bowl. Tried to force me to take a cookie instead of... fries, forced me to go around the drive through again to "look at the menu" to see there was a combo with fries and one with acookie, and that I "should have said I wanted fries". We had like 5 mistakes on our order. The food quality, to be honest, is slightly below standard but fine. The fries were stale... and the spicy fried chicken was NOT fried to order like they advertise. Anyway, the main issues: one of the meals was missingthe cookie it was supposed to come with and another came with the wrong sauces. We didn't care much about that but another guyhad the 5 piece tenders and got 3 instead, so I had to pass him one, and something like that is ridiculous considering the pricedifferential. They also handed us the drinks filled with the soda although we were in store and there was a drink machine a footaway-- not really an issue but just indicative of the lack of thought behind our orders and the counter. Overall, like I said,the food was mostly fine-- just double check your orders when you get them. They were also out of Nashville tenders when wewent, which was why we went in the first place; I guess we should have gone to a different one after all. Read more
I had to try the new classic fried chicken sandwich...it was delicious and crispy, served on a chewy bun...the perfect combo. It... was not greasy or salty. I would definitely have it again. Read more
