Literally the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve ever been to. I came to the drive thru today for a simple iced macchiato. I forgot to... ask for nondairy milk which I apologized for and said id pay extra for. I get handed a mocha macchiato and told that?s what Iordered. I explained I only wanted almond milk not mocha and was told to drive up and wait. Then one of the workers bangs on thewindow to flag me over so I had to get out of my car. Now a different worker is asking me what MY problem is with her armscrossed,attitude at a 100. I said i don?t know why you?re giving me an attitude all I asked was almond milk and she was so rudeto me I had to just walk away. The people their are so miserable and never get my order correct. It?s not even like the order iscomplicated with has a bunch of add ons?it was just almond milk. When you have an interaction like that you don?t wanna take theitem because they probably tampered with it already. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes. Read more
The service is terrible. The place is drive through only and I couldn?t hear them through the ordering machine because they were... mumbling and barely spoke English. When I got to the window the lady had messed up my order and gave me the wrong drinks, when Icorrected her and told her what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me. The food I ordered was thrown in the bag like it was trash.Every time I order from there the food and donuts I get are cold or stale. I?ve stopped going to this dunkin and started goingto the one in lake grove. The service in the lake grove dunkin is much better. The dunkin in centereach on middle country roadis terrible and the servers are so nasty and always act like I?m bothering them!! Read more
This Dunkin is terrible in regards to cleanliness. Please remember Covid or not, You should have better standards when handling... people coffee and food! Some people still care about service even if it?s just a coffee shop! Read more

This location is Drive-Thru only, with two windows. Most of the time, only one window is open but during peak hours (morning... rush, etc) usually both windows are open. Even with two windows, there usually can be a little bit of a wait here. I don't mind,because they have never made a mistake. Coffee is consistently good, food items are not forgotten. They give lots of napkins,SPK, etc. I can say this is probably the more consistent Dunkin I have been to. Exiting back onto Middle Country can be anadditional wait. If you're going here before work, give yourself extra time. Read more
Absolutely terrible service! I drive up to the drive thru, I order two orange juices and I ask if it's Tropicana. They tell me... yes it is, I pull up to window and they tell me I ordered only one orange juice. And the brand is "Simply Orange" not Tropicana.If you don't know the answer to a very simple question, ask a manager. Why am I being lied to? Really? Read more
The employees are intentionally rude. I went here four separate times and they always put the donuts icing side against the... paper bag and leave giant finger holes through the donut. There?s no way this wasn?t on purpose. Tried being friendly to thestaff and was ignored. Read more
