Giving 3 stars because for the past 3 months everytime I go which is approx once every two weeks, they do not have any turkey.... My wife doesn't eat anything else that Arby's makes so they will prob be loosing my 20-35 bucks every two weeks...They say thereis a turkey shortage but yet supermarkets are loaded and delis still make turkey sandwiches.... Spent 10 min in the car line with 2 cars in front of me. No big orders. Each car got a small bag and a drink. The 3 employees... were not moving with a purpose and didn't seem to care. I ordered 1 roast beef sandwich and had to wait for it. Read more

I don't give anyone a 5. Nobody is perfect. With that said, I was impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, knowledge and... professionalism of those that took and prepared my meal. The food even tasted good ????????. It is now several months since mylast review. This location still out shines most fast food places I frequent. Read more
Such a nice place. I have to compliment the manager Paul. He is extremely pleasant,kind, respectful and accommodating. My gravy... was kinda cold and he took the time to get me hotter gravy and apologized. When another customer came to him with an issue, hewas just as apologetic and truly sincere. Way to go!!! Arby?s In Centereach. Now that the crowds are gone, it seems to run smoothly. Went and got dinner for the family and was pleased... with experience. Roast Beef, Chicken, Turkey and sides. Hot and delicious, shakes so thick you need a spoon. Team was pleasantand welcoming. Will be back. Read more
Spent 20 minutes waiting at drive through window. The cashier was making drinks takes off his gloves and goes on to his cell... phone, then puts his cell phone away, doesn't wash his hands before touching the lids to our drinks. As we waited and waited notone person came to the window to say sorry for the wait. So I got out of my vehicle and went inside to ask what the problem wasand they all just looked at each other laughing and said oh we are short staffed. I said well why wouldn't you open the windowand say we are short staffed. I will never go here again after spending $67.27 on cold food. At least all the food should havebeen fresh considering we waited so long for it. Read more
