I went in to purchase a sandwich and gas. The first register would not accept my Apple Pay so I was asked to step out of line... and wait for a manager which wasn?t a problem. A white tall skinny female with white/blonde hair came over and called the nextin line. I stepped over to try my payment method again and she ignores me to help a white lady who was standing behind me first.I said excuse I was here to which she looked at me and proceeded to help the white lady first. I?m a black male and I?ve neverfelt so disrespected in my life. When I said something she caught an attitude and rudely said ok now I?ll help you AFTER shehelped the white lady? this is insane. I understand a bad day however this transcended that. I then proceed to go grab mysandwich and there wasn?t a record of it even though I paid for it. I ended having to wait even more time for a simple hoagie.I?ve been to a ton of Wawa?s and this one is grotesquely mismanaged. They have no control over their employees.I could not gether name because she hid in the back and the manager should not give it. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service! Stopped in to get food and also asked if there was a restroom...my response from the female cashier... "not here but there is an amazing place across the street on the ground it's a good time" as a police officer stood there andlaughed. Worst place ever!!!! Read more

They have never got my order wrong... it is partly your responsibility to check your order. Everyone makes mistakes. It's no... reason to give a 1 star. People are pathetic. I believe the night shift is a little better then the one in East norriton. In anycase I'm always a happy customer. Read more
