This place has a little of everything! I come all the way from Queens to visit my friend, Larry, who lives in the area. My first... stop is always here! The bagels are fresh, the folks are nice and the selection of healthy foods is endless. My friend ordered avegetable omelet with spinach and swiss cheese etc...and he said it was EXCELLENT. When I go there I look at the menu and I wantone of everything! This is one business that Covid won't shut down because I'm sure people couldn't wait to come back for theirfood!! Lol! I know this place for over 20 years and I don't know what happened. My nephews worked there years ago and I know the owner... Anthony. The place must have been sold , because this is not the quality I was used to. I went there today , and ordered twobagels, one with veggie cream cheese ( which WAS the best known to man kind ) , and one with butter . They gave me one bagelwith almost no butter and a everything with almost no cream cheese on what looked like a mini bagel . There must be a new owner, Anthony would never let this happen . $6.25 for a bacon egg and cheese?!?! We placed an order for 3 bacon egg and cheese at 9:27 right before 10 we go to pick up the... order and immediately we were told that we ordered from the wrong Deli. My family and I have lived in this town for sixGenerations we fully understand which deli were ordering from but just to double-check that we didn't make a mistake we didGoogle and then call back and return to the location to understand why we were not provided with the breakfast that we paid forit. I called the deli to speak to the supervisor / manager Carmen who rudely decided to tell me that I called the wrong Delieven after explaining to her that I understood which deli I called and that we had to wait for our three sandwiches to be madeall over again when we were not giving coffee juice or hash browns or any of the extra stuff that Carmen claims comes with abreakfast sandwich which they charge 625 for. These people are rude they consistently mess up orders they've got untrainedpeople working behind the counter I've never spoken to such a rude more unprofessional person such as Carmen the supervisor everin my life if I can give these people zero Stars I would. will not be returning would not suggest anybody to go there Read more
Today I visited the place based on the reviews. Not sure what happened but when my order was "ready" a breakfast sandwich was... missing so I had to wait for another one to be made, not a big deal.
