The service was horrible, not because of the young lady working, but because she was alone. She had ten freaking subs for door... dash and the customers have to wait. That's ridiculous. Subway needs to do better. That young woman deserves a huge raise. Read more
Online order was completely off. Ordered one 6", one footlong. Got two footlong subs. The bread requested for the original 6"... was swapped and made with the original footlong. Ordered Jalapeno Potato Chips, instead was given a side of literal jalapenochips. Granted she was working alone, but I didn't expect an online order could turn out so wrong. Read more
I had a long wait, and a 2nd worker came out and didn't say anything to me. She just started fixing an order on a receipt. The... first worker had to finish making two subs, bag them up, and change gloves just to help me. The staff with the customer serviceskills I read about in the reviews were not there today I guess LOL. Also there is a Covid testing place next door. A drive upCovid testing place. There was minimal parking, and it just didn't seem like the area to be due to the ongoing pandemic. Ididn't get a vibe to return to this location. Read more
Rude, rude and very ruude staff. Customers sitting in booth's waiting for their turn in line. Walked in and was scolded by the... sandwich artist. One customer shouted "I'm next"! Walked out and went to McDonalds down the road. Will not return. Read more
I make a Grubhub order and it get cancelled because they don't have an ingredient. I get off my lazy but and drive to another... one and they only have one person working and there is a line... This is a great place to work for everybody is friendly and great especially the manager karen. The only people that have any... issues are those who don't like authority so they decide they want to be a petty child and leave a bad review.. The reason this location (6780 E 10 Mile Rd, Center Line, MI 48015) can't keep staffed is because it's poorly managed. I worked... here for 3 whole weeks and have never dealt with so much disrespect and immaturity. Instead of actually preparing the employeesand properly training them the manager (Karen hallman) decided to be petty and leave us under stocked on basic supplies because"y'all forgot to pull bread" So if you're into being treated like this then this location is perfect for you.
