This place is a historical gem! We stayed 4 nights here and couldn't have been more impressed! The staff was amazing - from the... front desk to housekeeping and everything in between. We hiked and biked Snowy Range while we were there, then returned for adelicious dinner and comfortable accommodations each night. They have a terrific gift shop, a theatre room, nice breakfast areawith free coffee and even rag towels to wipe down our motorcycle! We enjoyed evening happy hours and morning coffees outside onthe beautiful patio taking in the fantastic scenery! We will definitely stay here again! Comfortable lodging, unbelievably friendly people. A group of us WYBDR motorcycle adventure riders decided to stay for the... night. One of our group came down with altitude sickness and we needed to get him to Denver. The staff went out of their way tofind a driver to get him where he needed to go. Just stay here. Service was great. Guys checking you into hotel at the front desk can also make your dinner reservation for the steakhouse.... Steakhouse was pricey, so if you have kids this might not be the best place, seems better for couples. Kids meals were around 10dollars each. We have two kids. This place is a local treasure. I enjoyed an excellent 14 oz NY Strip, cooked perfectly, with a salad, and a baked potato. ... Brayden provided excellent service in this cute, throwback Western-themed restaurant. I'm happy to report that they serve highquality steaks and do everything right from the kitchen.
