Was not very customer service friendly. Had to wait before ordering about 10 minutes and then had to wait while ordering.... Advertising a frosty they did not have. This Wendy's in my opinion is located in a good area however the service suck. Read more

**This location does NOT open the same time as all other Wendy's on the weekends.** **My comment is related to Wendy's as a... whole... NOT one specific location.*** But I ordered the SW avocado salad with grill chicken. I order this kind of salad oftenfrom other places. Here, It was super fresh, had a perfect amount of avocado & bacon on in it, and it tasted good.... but thesalad seems to be missing something- or a few somethingS....- like maybe corn, black beans, tomato, cheese, red onion, tortillastrips or croutons -.... It lacks something...idk... Needs more than just lettuce, avocado, bacon & dressing. It's kinda boring. Read more

Consistently gets my order wrong. Yesterday I was driving from one appointment to another and didn't have much time for... lunch. I went through the drive-thru. When they handed me my order, it felt light so I asked them to check it and they assuredme it was correct. When I got to it a while later, it was wrong. This has happened to me many times at this location. The crewdoesn't care about quality and will not make things right. Go to another location. Read more

If 0 *was available this place is it. 3 bad experiences and this Wendy's is OUT. October 2021 waited 25 minutes in the drive... through. March 2022 waited about 10 min for my order to be half wrong, went in and they made it right. Today was the worst.Ordered a $5 meal after waiting for about 7 min (behind 2 cars) and wanted a medium fry. Girl taking order told me she'd have mytotal at the window. Told me it was $7.24??? What?? Although the sign says .95c apparently it's more like 2 dollars for a mediumfry. Asked for my reciept, was told it was in the bag. I wanted to get out of the way of the person behind me so I pulledforward to check my food. My no cheese burger had chess on it. My "medium" fry box was half empty, no receipt, no straw, nonapkins. Pulled around and the lobby was locked. The drive through now had 10 cars waiting. Probability 0 that i would get anyorder correction from the girl who gave me a buck of back talk about my total. The burger went to a neighbor, so I spent $7 on asmall fry, 4 nuggets and a cup filled mostly with ice. I will never return to this Wendy's. Read more

Pulled up to the drive thru and was told I could only do a mobile order due to short staff even though there was literally no... one in the drive thru ahead of me. Pulled over and did the mobile order and while I did this no one else came through drivethru. When I received my order which included 4 frostys I was told that they?re out of spoons and was given ONE fork. I?m notreally sure how ordering through the app helps with a staff shortage when the location is not even busy. Read more

Grabbed a quick lunch here on my way home and am highly disappointed. Haven't been to Wendy's in so long and I think I remember... why; the chicken nuggets were dry and cold, the fries were room temp and hard (like they had been sitting out for a while) andthe bun was soggy and the patty was also room temp. I asked for hot honey sauce and received one that had burst open. Even thecoke tasted watered down and lacked carbonation. Oh, and I also didn't get a receipt. Def didn't feel comfortable eating therest of the meal after 2 bites but it's okay cause I wasn't hungry anymore lol Read more

What an amazing team of employees. First, one of the guys started a conversation about my t-shirt while he was preparing our... order. Then, my son decided he wanted to arm wrestle me on their counter while we were waiting and a few of the employeesclapped and cheered him on which was really cool. It just really put me in a good mood and had me smiling for a while. As wewere walking out the man told us to have a great day. They are all just very nice and seem happy. It was awesome and I'll comeback here often to support a location that hires employees like this. It was quite slow inside the day of our trip whichallowed them to treat us so well but I have also never had a fast food experience like this before, slow or not. Read more

I highly try and avoid fast food, but my son and I needed a quick bite to eat before going to a fishing spot and stopped here.... This place reminds me of why I avoid fast food places, the customer service was poor. I drove up to the window and said helloand was responded with a my total. There was no verbal communication after that even after I said have a nice day. I was a chefin a restraunt for 3 years and several years in customer service, So I am picky about customer service. This can make or break acompany, unfortunately for a large chain there is no expectation of excellence cause people will always comeback and feed thebeast because of convenience. And since the 2 people that helped me, both did not have any communication skills which would leadto say the manager in this establishment is poorly trained and shouldn't be in a position of training people to do the same badhabits. Other then that the food was fast food not much to expect in quality or taste its fast food. Read more
