Delicious drink, prepared quickly, friendly service.
Best experience I've had from Starbucks in a long time. Phoebe was super nice and attentive to everyone who walked in the door,... calling several of them by name. She had a great balance between making drinks and helping people with their orders. Honestly, she was a breath of fresh air in today's world. Read more

I ordered a Christmas blend, as the sign was posted on the coffee machine. The barista said they only brew Pike. At most... Starbucks locations I've been to, baristas happily and professionally offer a pour-over and it's made quickly and without issue. This one just stared at me until I asked for a pour-over. She looked down and was silent for several seconds before saying,"yeah... it'll take five to eight minutes." I realize it takes a few and I don't mind a short wait. I've never waited more thanfive minutes, especially when there is no line and very few customers coming in. I watched her do random unrelated things behindthe counter before starting the cup and then a few more tasks before continuing it. She was clearly doing it on purpose, teaching me a lesson for inconveniencing her. Twelve minutes later another barista held up the cup wondering whom it belongedto. Pathetic customer service.
