I now know what disappointment tastes like and, if you want to hit rock bottom (for flavor), this is the place to go. Of the... places I have eaten, this stands out as one of the worst dining experiences, for me. (February 2022).Two of us ordered 3appetizers/starters and a beer (see photo), to fill a hankering for a snack. We arrived on a Saturday night around 9:45 pm. Theyclose at 11:00, so it wasn't late-night and it wasn't like we were pushing the clock for the kitchen to be cooking food. Mostother places closed at 10:00, so options for food were dwindling. I should have heeded the 3.9.stars but we were tired ofdriving around and just wanted a beer and a bite to eat. The "Sidekick" dish of "Garlic Green Beans" was the leastdisappointing of the three plates but the small serving size was hardly worth $4.00. I don't know why or how they made them lookso shriveled up and sickly - but this appears to be a theme for their cuisine. The $13.00 "Bison Chili Loaded Waffle Fries"tasted like a cheap version of Hormel canned chili and some reheated, bland-o-brand, non-crispy, frozen waffle fries that werereheated in the microwave, plus extra salt. The $9.00 "Brewer's Beets" starter was the most depressing and disappointing dishof all. It was made from canned, lifeless (or maybe thawed out, frozen, lifeless) beets which were NOT roasted - not in theslightest. They weren't warmed up and they weren't chilled. They were "off the shelf, pantry-stored, canned-goods" temp. The0.01 ounces of "sour beer queso fresco" dusting was just comical/puzzling and, yeah, it was just "queso fresco" with a stupidname on the menu to try making it sound a lot tastier/intriguing than it really is. However, there was so little of it that it'shard to know, for sure, if it was even queso fresco. The freakishly-frugal application of jalapenos did not do anything to helpmatters of the mouth. To really drive things home and race to the bottom, they left out "tea-lime vinaigrette" and "cr Read more
I came into what I thought would be a great place to try. Yet I guess with a place that dinning room area isn’t even 3-4... families in there. The bar was a little over have full. I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come ask me if they couldstart me off with something and if I was doing ok. I stated I wasn’t and that I wasn’t sure at this point if I wanted toeven stay after having to wait this long even for a drink. I was then told she’s sorry for that and that they are cuttingstaff and then said you know. I’m like know I’m sorry I don’t know. My girlfriend talked me into staying so I guess I willsee how my dinner comes. Read more

Had a good chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Tried the sour currently being offered and the Rocktober beer, and quite enjoyed... both of them. I’d come again. Read more
Stopped in for a beer and appetizer, but this place has a lot to offer. Quiet interesting cuisine. I enjoyed the cauliflower,... just heads up it's on the spicier side. The Copper County line beer was quiet good. They also offer a private banquet space. I'drecommend it if you are in the area. Read more
The deviled eggs were good but that was the extent of it. Both of our meals tasted like nothing but pepper, the kitchen for... whatever reason just went overboard with it so can’t say I was thrilled. My fiancé loves beer cheese but the one they madetasted like cheap cheese and cheap beer. Almost like velveeta. Read more
This is one of the hidden gems (hidden right under the tracks actually) near the Park Meadows / Centennial area. Many breweries... would have great people on staff although this Rock Bottom restaurant is head and shoulders above the competition in thatrespect. I came from bicycling round trip to Conifer, CO to this Rock Bottom twice this month and I would do it again. There is, most likely, no better place in the vicinity for a thirsty cyclist or any beer lover regardless of how they spent their daybefore coming here :) Besides being a friendly place with a long beer menu they are quite spacious and relaxing too. Enjoy :) Read more
