Decent, delivery on time order good and right but driver was very rude and asked we go meet him to pick up the order after... leaving detailed delivery instructions of how to get inside and to unit number. Then asked for a tip and when we tried toexplain to him how to get out of our building he was still very rude and ended up ripping the receipt and throwing it on theground. Not professional and still had the audacity to ask for a tip. Which is earned. That?s all. Read more

If I could give no stars I would, they are violently rude and hung up on me on the phone when I had a question and refused to... answer the phone in general. It was a guy over the phone who kept hanging up on me and another girl. They seriously need toreevaluate their customer service skills or just quit entirely. Everything would of been perfect had I actually got my pizza on time. Recieved a text at 7:58 saying my pizza was out for... delivery. (I'm freaking two mins away everyone). At 8:24 I call to inquire where my pizza is. (They say it should be there anymin) Delivery man calls at 8:27 to tell me he is on his way. 8:35 pizza arrives. 37 freaking mins to deliver a pizza to alocation 2 mins from the store. Read more

Doesn't even deserve one star. I called to order a take out, says they close at 11 on the website. I work in food service so I... always try not to call anything in within a half hour of close, I call an hour before close and the girl tells me they are onlydoing delivery. Then proceeds to just hang up on me. I'm absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service, and completelyconfused. This location needs some HELP!! Read more

First time walking into this location and didn't even so much as get a greeting. Girl just walked up to the counter. I didn't... see a menu but luckily I already knew what I wanted so I tried to place the order. To make sure I got the order I wantedspecifically I told them the price I saw online. As far as I know this is the basic price but I was told I would need to orderonline for the price I stated. Seems rather redundant because I'm able to place the order from my phone. If I didn't alreadyhave my heart set on stuffed crust I'd have gone elsewhere. Don't think I'll come back to this location again. Read more

Ordered a pizza tonight, waited an hour and a half for it to get here and no update. Called the store.. no answer. Finally got... ahold of customer service and they told us they cancelled our order but someone "should've notified you"... cool thanks. Read more

After a very long day, my husband and kids could only do what a famished family does at the end of a hectic night... Chant for... pizza. I used the mobile ordering, gave the pizza ample time to be prepped and cooked, and began my quest for the gooey circleof lactose intolerant no-no. What seemed like an eternity turned into satisfaction when I returned home, pizza looking perfect,and grabbed a slice for my 9 year old. The disappointment on his face, when the crust... had no stuff. A quick ring to the PizzaHut, and I was immediately offered a replacement pizza. I appreciated that, as my kids were very excited for the stuffed crust. Read more
