Very disappointed. This was a very surreal experience. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks and a two liter of Pepsi. The... Pizzas were not even cooked all the way in the slightest. The middle of the "crust" was just raw dough. The peperoni's didn'teven have a crisp. I was like they cooked it in a microwave but some how managed to not cook the dough in the middle. We endedup eating the breadsticks and wings and I ran out to get other food. Read more

I ordered the Triple Treat Package with one Original Pan Pizza (Super Supreme) and One Hand Tossed Pizza (Meat Lovers) -- we... received two hand tossed pizzas (only realized once we got home). The employees at the store were extremely unenthused -- tookaround 5-7 minutes for the one handling the front area to notice me. Typically, at other stores, the employee opens the box andshows the pizza(s) before handing over the order(s), that did not happen at this store. EVERY TIME I order pizza it is never on time if it is delivered at all. I called to check on my delivery which was supposed to... be delivered at 10:35p, I was placed directly on hold and remained on hold for 25 minutes. 5 minutes into my hold, I had myhusband call to check on our pizza. He was able to speak with the rep, who stated that we would not be getting our order andshe could not help this because there were not enough drivers. Which as I remained waiting for someone to take MY call, Ilistened to my husband speak to the rep and find out that the pizza would be delivered in about another hour ... which at thispoint makes it a 2 and half hour delivery time. As I rounded the end of my hold (because I HUNG UP) my husband had been off thephone for 5 minutes and still no one answered to even know WHAT I wanted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE ARAPAHOE VILLAGE SHOPPINGCENTER Pizza Hut location ... Seriously call another store and just pick it up ... trust me, it will be more convenient! Thereis ONE star because I cannot post without stars. UPDATE ... This location has turned around and honestly has been one of thebest experiences that last 5 times I have ordered. I ordered wings a couple visits ago. The man whom took my order forgot to give them to my son when he went to pick them up and... he called me to let me know that all i had to do was call next time, give them my phone number and they would see the credit forthe wings. I tried doing so today and there was no credit. It extremely hard to order online.it wouldnt let me use my pointsuntil the 4th try and my deep dish pizza which i requested be well done was not even cooked properly it was doughy, raw like inmiddle.
