I showed up to this location at 7:40 they would not take an order however I had called at 7:20 they never informed me that the... order needed to be in by 730pm which would have been helpful to know prior to leaving my home in 17 degree weather. It was by far the worst pizza my family and I have ever had. We will never be back. Spent a whole lot of money for not even the... correction pizza be correct it was nothing but literally tomatoes. Not only that the kids they have working at this store needsupervision. It most definitely needs attention. Not only do they have the worst management that I could get to. Becauseapparently on your 1st day at maybe 15 (I think this kid was) the manager walked out and left him to run the store! On his 1stday he couldn't even make a pizza yet! Read more

Good pizza and people there have always been friendly, even on busy days.

They claim to be open until 8pm, yet when I called to place an order at 7:20pm I was told "the store owner doesn't like us to... stay late cleaning up, so we don't take walk-ins or phone orders after 7:00pm." Be careful when ordering from this location. We ordered a pizza and Brownies on a Sunday night. The manager only had 2 new young... teenagers on staff. A mistake happend with a recipe machine where one broke and they were 5-10 orders behind when they foundout. They called the manager multiple timesasking for help, he never showed up. I ordered online before 5 and didn't leaveuntill after 6:15. The teenagers (not there fualt) were panicked, i got some sort of 2 mixed pizzas combined that tasted grossand they had no Brownies, so I got offered cookies instead as they gave the last Brownies to a walk in. I tried talking toonline support about it but they just said they would pass the note along. I asked for a phone call back to see if they couldfix the mistake and make my order again at some point, but so far no call. This is a manager/owner problem not the workersproblem as they seemed new and over their heads. 2 new staff to run the shop on a weekend night should not happen. Read more

Stopped in for $10 Tuesdays, place was very busy but the staff was keeping the line moving pretty well. Service was decent,... cashier seemed annoyed but again, it was busy. Both our pizzas were great, everything was correct, and the other staff werevery friendly. Read more

Idk what happened tonight because normally we have great pizza from this location. First off they gave us moldy marinara sauce.... second, our crust on our pizza was maybe thin crust? I?m not sure what to call it but we ordered a pan crust pizza and got thisinstead. It was crust folded together like an accordion. Serving moldy food is just unacceptable and scary. Read more

My experience tonight was less than desirable. To start off, the kid taking my order clearly didn't want to be helping a walk in... customer and definitely wasn't listening to me when I ordered. We asked for a simple family size with extra cheese andpepperoni, with pineapple on half. He also asked what crust I wanted. I said normal crust. What we got was a thin crust with nopepperoni. I wish I had double checked it or watched them make the pizza so I could have asked them to correct it. This placereally needs to hire better quality staff. Read more
