How to lose a long time customer: cancel a scheduled order for bs reasons. Will never return

I don?t know why I keep trying with this place other than the food is good. Placed a online order pick up was for 4:14pm. Walk... in a 4:07 and place is empty. 3 ppl walk in after me and order and get pizza before I get mine. Don?t even bother to onlineorder with this place. It?s only worked right a couple of times every other time has been a wait a lot past my scheduled pick uptime. It?s just ridiculous. I?ll drive to the next location or go somewhere completely different before going back to thislocation. Read more

Before kids, pizza was for dine-out. Now, we have to look at other options, and Papa Murphy's is just fantastic! No waiting... with crying or cranky kids....we usually plan well ahead and have a pie waiting to be baked at our convenience. I'll eventailor it with what we have at home. The staff have always been nothing but pleasant, even on the phone. We've never had a bador wrong order. We've been calling short-notice lately and still, < 30 min is still great. We're grateful for having thislocation < 5 minutes from home. **My only beef is with the COMPANY itself for discontinuing their Taco Pizza. It wasFANTASTIC, we were ordering it twice a week. I just did a $5 Friday Pizza. It was a sausage pizza. I don't think there were six pieces of sausage on the pizza. Sauce was... an inch to inch and a half from the edge. It was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from Papa Murphy's. I'm done doing PapaMurphy's. Was a big fan of the $10 Tuesday but I don't know anymore and what to expect. We are highlight disappointed. Very busy location, crew is efficient and timely. This rating could go up if they were more meticulous putting the pizzas... together when it gets busy. Overall good place Read more

We get Papa Murphy's all the time. Tuesday all large pizzas are $10, and family size are $12 or $13. We order online and unless... they are very busy, our order is ready by the time we drive there. On average the pizzas take 15 minutes to cook. We also liketheir salads and the cinnamon wheel. Read more

In town visiting and the set up for this place felt chaos on a Saturday. First they didn?t mention which location I was calling... to, thinking I was calling the other Smokey Hill location. Only to find out it was closed and had to drive the extra 12 mins toget here. Wasn?t greeted by any of the 3 employees with their heads down making pizzas. Was only one other customer and she waswaiting in the corner. They finally got another employee from the back to work the register only for her to ask the otheremployee how to use it at each part. The pizza was not far off from tasting from a frozen pizza. I?ve had better at otherlocations. Read more
